Chicken, Cheese and Herb Mayonnaise Salad
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 400g of Chicken Breast
- 100g of Mixed greens
- 100g of Arugula
- 100g of Cheese
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- 10g each of parsley, coriander and chive
Herb Mayo – Mix the mayonnaise with the herbs and season.
1. Grill the chicken breasts with salt and cut them into small pieces.
2. Put the greens and the arugula in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and add the mayonnaise to taste.
Plate them in a soup bowl, add the laminated chicken and the cheese on top. Enjoy!
