Bolo de Cenouras

Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots
  • 110g of sugar
  • 110g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 110g of butter

 

Instructions:

Whisk the eggs with the sugar till they double in volume. After, while still slowly mixing, add the grated carrots, then the soft butter and, finally, the sifted flour.

Bake in an English cake tray at 160°C for about 30 minutes.

When you serve it, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
